2018 Viognier

Rhone wine with a distinctive floral bouquet and tangy Asian pear finish. Spicy foods, particularly Thai, Persian or even Mexican, but make sure you give it a good chill prior to drinking.

2017 Pinot Grigio

Italian white with flavors of lemons, limes, green apples and honeysuckle. We recommend pairing with creamy smoked salmon pasta in light creamy sauce of the Romano cheese and mushrooms.

Our just-a-bit-sweeter fruit wine, just as delightful as you’d expect. Goes well with chocolate desert pour it over a pound cake, chocolate ice-cream or dark chocolate itself.

2018 Chardonnay

Steel cold fermented and finished in neutral Pennsylvania white oak. Crisp style, reminiscent of ripped autumn apples with a toasty finish. Great served with lightly cooked shellfish, chicken and vegetables terrines and pasta or baked apples with honey and walnuts.

2018 Merlot

Delicately balanced full-bodied wine with a rich and earthy nose. Toasty with hints of juniper berries. Pairs well with pork or veal roasts, rich, cheesy gratins and even hamburgers.

2017 Cabernet Franc

Lighter Bordeaux grape with black walnut notes and wild berry subtleties.
We suggest grilled steaks and chops, Portobello mushrooms, green olives, pepper, rosemary, and mint.

2018 Riesling

Off-Dry quintessential summertime wine, with a peach and melon bouquet. Riesling is the perfect match for a prawn or seafood cocktail or sweet German sausages and light pastas.

2016 Pinot Noir

The classic red Burgundy grape with cherry and black currant aromas ,and a dark plum finish.
It makes a great match with salmon or other fatty fish, roasted chicken or Linguine pasta dishes.

Alsatian style a naturally spicy wine bursting with intense fruit. Try serving a dry or off-dry Gewürztraminer with a Moroccan chicken tagine, Thai crab curry, or Korean barbecue chicken wings.

Sweet Sofia

Our “niche” herb-infused wine. A Bulgarian recipe presented by our winemaker, Svetlozar Kanev. Some people call it Thanksgiving in a glass. Its a conversation piece, something you have never experienced before. Try serving with crusted meats or light sea foods, fresh herbal salads, or turkey and crusted duck.

Our blush with a floral nose and strawberry finish. Great picnic wine its spot on with unsweetened strawberries, not over sweet strawberry tarts and cheesecake.
